You are in need of assistance in identifying potential deal breakers. You are not deeply familiar with transaction processes and require experienced guidance. You need a professional review of company information after signing.
Our support - By carrying out a (vendor) due diligence we analyse available company information for financial, tax, IT and / or legal risk. We offer our experience and expertise concering transaction and negotiation processes and support you in making your transaction a success, e.g. with the organisation of electronic data rooms or the preparation respectively review of contracts.
Who we are - We are a dedicated core team of currently five experts for valuation and financial transaction support (not including our experts for tax, IT and legal due diligence). All team members have well-founded knowledge in their specialist areas and extensive project experience within valuation and transaction support.
